What should I bring?
Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and any recent medical records. If you’re a new patient, arrive ten minutes early to complete intake forms. Have a list of current medications ready.
Do I need a referral?
Most insurance plans don’t require a referral for ENT care. Some plans do, so check with your insurance first. We can help verify this when you call.

What conditions qualify as urgent?
Severe ear pain, nosebleeds, sudden hearing loss, and breathing difficulty all qualify. Balance problems and throat swelling are also urgent. When in doubt, call us to discuss your symptoms.
How quickly can I be seen?
Same-day appointments are available for all conditions. Most patients are seen within hours of calling. Availability depends on current demand.

What if I can't get same-day?
We’ll schedule you as soon as possible if same-day isn’t available. For emergencies, we urge you to call 9-1-1 immediately.
